Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days for Standard Shipping, and next day for Express Shipping.
How much is shipping?
Costs are calculated at checkout depending on your shipping preference.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. For now, Sōle ships within Lebanon and the UAE. We’re working on expanding to more countries soon.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email/message us within 2 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort it out.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try our best. Once it’s shipped, we sadly cannot make changes — the socks are already on their journey.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
My order says delivered, but I can’t find it. What should I do?
Check with neighbors, your building reception, or the number that contacted you from the shipping company. If it still hasn’t turned up, message us and we’ll help investigate.

What size are the socks?
All Sōle socks are one-size-fits-most and are designed to fit comfortably across 36-40 EU size.
Are the socks suitable for Pilates, Barre, and Lagree?
Yes. Sōle socks are designed for all kinds of movement, including Pilates, Barre, Lagree, Yoga, and even just walking around your house.
How should I wash my socks?
To keep your socks looking and feeling their best, turn them inside out, wash at 20–30°C on a gentle cycle, and let them air dry. Keep it cool and skip the softener — your grippies will thank you.
Will the grip wear off over time?
Like all grip socks, the grip may naturally soften with use, but proper care helps keep them looking and feeling their best.
Do you release new designs often?
Yes! We regularly launch new designs, seasonal drops, and limited-edition collections. If there’s a pair you dream of, send us a message, it might end up in our bucket of ideas.
Wholesale & Collaborations
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes. We work with studios, concept stores, and other spaces. Contact us for pricing and minimum order quantities.
Can I create a custom collection for my studio or business?
Yes. We offer collaboration collections with both brands featured, as well as more tailored options for larger orders.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom orders?
This depends on the type of order and level of customization. Send us a message and we’ll guide you through the options.
How long do custom or collaboration orders take?
Custom, special orders, and collaboration orders usually take around 7-9 weeks.
