Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at hello@forthesole.co.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

If verified, we’ll send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

Additional Notes

  • Requests submitted after the 3-day window cannot be accommodated.

  • Items must be unused to be eligible for replacement review.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for sale items.
